Refund & Return Policy – Mizkas Apparel

At Mizkas Apparel, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Worn or washed products
  • Change of mind (unless approved)

Exchange Process:

To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds:

Refunds are only applicable in case of:

  • Out-of-stock items after payment
  • Defective or incorrect product (if exchange not available)

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
